CEAP Yellow Belt Program

Certified Enterprise Architect Practitioner (CEAP) Yellow Belt Program

Certification through Demonstrated Competency

Do you need to stand up your Enterprise Architecture Program tomorrow?

Obtain skills-based competency to be a part of strategic change in your organization using enterprise architecture. The FEAC Institute Yellow Belt course provides the knowledge, skills, and mentored practice environment to build your competency in our learning by doing approach. You will apply proven methodologies using actual EA tools in hands-on practice mentored by experienced architects. Build your skill in addressing client and stakeholder concerns using models and analytical techniques. Understand how to extend and tailor these methodologies to meet your organization’s needs. Apply a systems approach to diagnosing real-world business challenges and using enterprise architecture artifacts to document those findings.  Learn how to structure and translate stakeholder concerns into the language of architecture. Participants will learn how to employ meta-models, views, and viewpoints while using actual EA tools and architecture description languages (ADL).

At the conclusion of this three-week course, participants will be able to:

  • Apply an Architecture Description Language (ADL) to create rigorous models.
  • Translate stakeholder concerns into the language of enterprise architecture and establish requirements traceability.
  • Practice enterprise architecture planning to address enterprise challenges (i.e., application rationalization, organizational transformation, etc.)
  • Develop architecture deliverables using actual EA tools in FEAC’s hands-on virtual machine environment.
  • Evaluate enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., DoDAF, FEAF, UAF, etc.) for organizational suitability.
  • Define framework viewpoints as a part of managing stakeholder concerns.

Learn how to employ meta-models, views, and viewpoints while using actual EA tools and architecture description languages (ADL).

While our courses are extremely intensive and require a great deal of effort outside of daily life, our seasoned faculty has the experience to guide you to completion of all necessary requirements for certification.
